McConnell is allowing 2 minutes of debate on each amendmentâwhen he allows amendments, which will be made only by other Republicans, since Mitchy has intentionally disallowed Democratic participation.

I sincerely hate Bitch McConnell. Not that I wish it, but it wouldnât hurt my feelings if he tripped down the steps of the Capitol and smashed his face in, breaking some stuff along the way.

I heard someone claim the â2 minutes of debate per amendmentâ and didnât post it because I thought it couldnât be true. I couldnât continue to support a lawmaker of my party if he/she did this but, sadly, this stunt wonât open any Republican eyes.
Except reconciliation rules allow for unlimited number of amendments. Even it it only takes few minutes to bring, up, vote down an amendment. If you have 40k of them, you can run out the clock on this Congress.
