Discussion: Supreme Court To Hear Pregnancy Discrimination Case

Discussion for article #230759

The Robert’s Corporate Court declares Pregnancy Discrimination Act an unconstitutional burden on America’s most important citizens, corporations, in 1…2…3…

She should have stated that the actual “pregnancy” happened at work, then she would have been completely covered.

Note that the actual egg fertilization happens some undefined time AFTER sex, while the official pregnancy can’t happen - where the fertilized egg traveles from the fallopian tube to firmly, securely attach to the lining of uterus - for anywhere from 1 to 5 days.

So the actual pregnancy happened at work.

Seriously, people – you like the babies, you need to accommodate the moms during and after pregnancy.

It’s even okay if you like the moms, too.
