Hilarious. I hate niggas so much I adopt the hip hop culture both musically and in manner of speaking and then use it to denigrate and threaten the very people whose culture I’m adopting. Nope, there’s no irony here. None at all.

Thanks for the link—I didn’t really want to listen but the actual sound file makes me think these aren’t basically nice kids who were led astray. They sound like nasty little pieces of work who are facile with the mealy-mouthed excuses but are a long way from reclamation as decent human beings.

Besides needing to brush up on American History, these kids appear to have learned only that their mistake was posting their racist hate or speaking in public about it. How about addressing the central problem of the hate per se?

As I said before, racism (by virtue of attacking something people cannot control, like appearance) makes zeroes (like pot-bellied, nerdy 15 year-old boys) into heroes.
But things have to be in place so as to provide the necessary backdrop (without which said nerds would have to do something else to catapult themselves into “personhood”)
And that is where racial definitions come in
That is where social patterns separating people marked by these definitions come in
That is where endogamy comes in
That is where parents come in
That is where what passes for “news” comes in ****
That is where different levels of employment and pay scales come in
That is where actual discrimination comes in
That is where what is called “prejuduce” comes in
That is where conflict theory comes in ++++
There are a host of other social mechanisms making “race” in the United States impossible to ignore
And, sadly, it still has great potential for use in separating people worldwide ####

++++ “The Benefits of Social Conflict” …Conflict with an outside group(s) can be a facilitator in making those in the “in-group” feel closer. This is American European-based assimilation (especially between 1880 to mid 20th century) into being “normal Americans”–juxtaposed against “others-who-need-special-help-to-avoid-being lynched”–in a nutshell.
Americans are not the only people on the planet good at this.

An Italian, a Scotsman, and a Chinese fellow were hired at a construction site. The foreman pointed out a huge pile of sand and told the Italian guy, “You’re in charge of sweeping.” To the Scotsman he said, “You’re in charge of shoveling.” And to the Chinese guy, “You’re in charge of supplies.”
He then said, “Now, I have to leave for a little while. I expect you guys to make a dent in that there pile.”
The foreman went away for a of couple hours, and, when he returned, the pile of sand was untouched. He asked the Italian, “Why didn’t you sweep any of it?” The Italian replied, “I no hava no broom. You said to the Chinese fella that he a wasa in a charge of supplies, but he hasa disappeared and I no coulda finda him nowhere.” Then the foreman turned to the Scotsman and said, “And you, I thought I told you to shovel this pile.”
The Scotsman replied, “Aye, ye did lad, boot ah couldnay get meself a shoovel! Ye left th’ Chinese gadgie in chairge of supplies, boot ah couldnay fin’ him either.” The foreman was really angry by now and stormed off toward the pile of sand to look for the Chinese guy.
Just then, the Chinese guy jumped out from behind the pile of sand and yelled…
“SUPPLIES!!”

I live in Dallas and can attest to the fact that racism is alive and well in the Lone Star State. Grapevine is a very affluent, spoiled-brat enclave where kids are free to act like the smug jerks they are. As others have posted here, the regret from the little racist pukes is that they got caught. It’s the same all over the US. White people think they’re better than everyone else and they routinely express those views in private. It’s only when they get exposed that they adopt these ludicrous “I had no idea” excuses. Make no mistake, these kids are today’s equivalent of the KKK and would gladly lynch a black man if they thought they’d get away with it.
That is true…Grapevine is not like Fort Worth or surrounding areas…its upwardly mobile white district and not true representative of the DFW area as a whole. No matter where you go in America, there will be these areas…all cities have them and racism is not reserved for the south, and really never was. Look at Chicago, LA, NY and PHILA police departments to name a few…so much racism and racial animosity. Racism is still alive and well in America and white America needs to own the shame.
