Watergate Mike did, in above comment. As an Iowan who doesn’t live in King’s district, I don’t appreciate implications that all Iowans are King voters.

Watergate_mikes post refered to “what that fact says about the people in Iowa who keep on electing this certified asshole” now if you aren’t in his district or if you are and voted against him then you obviously aren’t one of the people who “keep electing” him now are you? So no, it didn’t refer to all Iowans just the assholes that “keep electing” him.
I’d like to toast them, too. Well, maybe not in the same way.

I would not give Boehner any credit for that comment as it was just a convenient response to the Mass Media’s questioning at that time. He was afraid of being pilloried if he did not respond. The real asshole was Boehner, who under faux pressure suppressed the immigration reform vote that would have passed the house had it been brought to the floor. It passed the Senate with a bi-partisan majority and yet Borehole blocked it because he was scared of being ousted. He ended up resigning anyway.

God he’s a despicable bottom feeder. I hate that these people are in government. I hate it that these aholes would tout their Christian bona fides and then cheer at something like this. They make me sick.

Very hard to get into measuring and comparing assholes, big and small, real or fake when you are comparing Republicans. And yet who can deny that Steve King and Trump are a special kind of asshole who rejoice in the human suffering they cause?
