I’ll tell you, he was hiding out in college! King stayed in college long enough to draw a high draft number! For over 3 years, the bloodiest years of the Vietnam War, King was using school deferments to keep himself safe and sound from being drafted! Right after drawing a high draft number King quit college for good.

Michele and King were BFF when she was in the House. Her replacement Tom Emmer isn’t a whole lot better (he’s a major suck-up to Trump), but he doesn’t make insane remarks.
