Discussion: State Sen Tweets 'F--K You' At Missouri Gov Over Ferguson Response

LOL. I like the sentiment, even though the decision to turn everything over to the state police was probably already made before her tweets went out

Eh, this is just unnecessary. I get her anger, I really do. I would be mad as hell too. But when you’re in a position of power you can’t be out there tweeting things that make you look ridiculous and unhinged. In other words, don’t act like the big N these assholes already think you are.

Vice President material with that language…by GOP standards.

They used to say the same about MLK…Why doesn’t that N just shut up and stop causing trouble. It’s been so long since we’ve seen any civil disobedience and protests in this country, people are shocked that it can happen?

Of course she’s not going into diplomacy down the road, that was sarcasm, but uncivil discourse is what this is. It’s easy to be crude and fling profanity around, the challenge is to get your point across without resorting to it. I’ll repeat what was said previously by someone else. “Profanity is the attempt of a weak mind to express itself forcefully.” Just like your “jack shit” remark.

All of these calls for civility from her are absolute horseshit. Fuck the governor, fuck the police and fuck anyone telling her she shouldn’t be cursing. This situation absolutely calls for harsh language.

But she’s black, doesn’t that make her a big N? Fuck everyone, seriously.

For who?

And I’ll repeat what I said in response. All I know is before she started ranting, the governor was completely MIA. I don’t give two shits about her ‘leadership’ or what pseudo deep generalizations have to say about the form of her criticism. I care that after she started shaming the governor, he finally got off his ass and did something.

Hard to blame her. Not the best language for an elected official, but then again being polite gets you nothing. Probably because Nixon backed the police and directed most of his finger wagging at the protesters.

If you think the Gov. is doing what he is doing now because Ms. Nadal started cussing last night on Twitter, you are fooling yourself.

You obviously were raised in a much kinder and gentler time; before the Bush Great Recession and worldwide banking meltdown.

One needs to drive a military personnel vehicle full of combat ready troops and lob cluster bombs at civilians to get attention these days…unless you are a Kardashian.

Don’t you know if that if you can’t say it in less that 25 words nobody will listen to you today? You have to choose your words carefully for their shock appeal to get any response among the social media.

The wisdom of the white suburbs…

No, he’s doing it because a NY Post reporter was unlawfully arrested without even by levied any charges and recorded it for the world to see AND everyone else in the state, including the TeaParty, has become alarmed by the military force they saw on the streets of Ferguson. They might be coming after our guns next?

No, the wisdom of not wildly firing off stupid rhetoric at the State gov. who is working (and who she will have to work with) to de-escalate the total clusterfuck the local government has created over multiple years.

Cliven Bundy thanks you for your support.

It’s been nearly a week since this started. The governor was MIA while Missouri became a national disgrace. But yeah, the black lady should watch her mouth when she shames his abdication of duty.

Remember the firestorm when Fucking Dick Cheney told Pat Leahy to go Fuck Himself …on the Senate Floor? Or the huge ruckus when GWB got caught on a hot mic saying “there’s that asshole from the NYT”?

Yeah. Me neither.

But a black woman saying such things? To a Important White Guy?

Now THAT is outrage material.

He has a lot of supporters in MO. The more afraid they are, the more likely they might be persuaded to look out for their own interests instead of those of the Unborn and Top 1%?

No, any elected official who expects to be able to work with the State gov. who is working (and who she will have to work with) to de-escalate the total clusterfuck the local government has created over multiple years is working against her own efforts with this understandable, but ill-thought out outburst.

Yeah, see how she made the governor unwilling to do anything? Oh wait, that’s right, he wasn’t doing anything until she (and obviously the national press) started shaming him.
