If there is one thing we all now understand and know about Trump is he regularly accuses others of doing the unspeakable and corrupt acts that he himself is engaged in and perpetrates. If anyone is a Moscow Mule it would be Trump…not Germany!

Yes, and they think repudiating NATO for financial reasons is a great idea. “Shaking things up” is what they wanted him to do. They especially enjoy it when he’s rude to those poofy foreigners. They are loving this whole performance. LOVING it.

As others have pointed out: the projection of Germany being in Russia’s pocket shrieks volumes. Trump could be like a carnival barker raving about the world being flat and garner the same level of dignity among our traditional allies.
Also to note – this thing about the U.S. spending too much on the military is a pretty rich claim given that he wants to massively increase defense spending in 2019 with a final bill at $700+ billion.
