Ummm… the tweet was not “stating a fact”. It’s an opinion, or a hypothetical, or speculation about Comey’s thoughts or something on that order but the tweet does not state a FACT.
The only possible FACT contained in the tweet is the implication that such tapes exist. Tapes of dinner table conversation? Even Nixon stopped (I believe) with the Oval Office. But if there are tapes … Lord! Can you imagine? If DJT is as off-the-wall and unbridled as he is in public, I shudder to think what he says behind closed doors.

I would bet that Trump has surveillance devices through all of his properties. His desire to have power over people (and spy on women) practically demands it.
