Discussion: Spicer: Trump Has 'Met With Individuals' About Health Care Bill Strategy

Russians don’t count.

“I hope they listened…”

To what? Please direct me - if possible - to any coherent health care policy espoused by Trump that has lasted longer than the time it takes to tweet and contains more than 120 characters of detail.

I imagine that more people would listen (whether they agree with what’s said or not) if Trump could actually be taken at his word.

He talked it over with John Barron in the shower this morning, before he put on his robe that Spicey says he never wears.

“I’m not saying we’ve picked a strategy and we’re going to go with this group or that group,” Spicer responded. “Several people reached out and expressed an interest and the President’s view is that he’s willing to listen to them and hear what their ideas are.”

Um, what happened to we have a great plan ready to go that will be cheaper with better coverage and coverage for everyone, OK? Believe me you’ll love it! Why hasn’t this plan been brought out yet? This would, undoubtedly, solve all of the problems with the ACA, right?

WHAT? THERE NEVER WAS A PLAN?!? TRUMP LIED?!?

Follow up question: Can everyone see these people or is it like ‘The Sixth Sense’?

“I mean, have we had some discussions and listened to ideas? Yes. Are we actively planning an immediate strategy? Not at this time,” Spicer continued.
Republican members of Congress said Tuesday that they would continue to try to reach a party consensus on a bill to replace Obamacare.
“It’s how do you take whatever that number is that we have now, and get it up to 216 to pass, without losing people and/or making it a bad deal,” he said.

Nothing about providing health care for people who need it. Nothing about health care plans, essential benefits, affordable premiums. It’s all about the strategy to get enough votes to pass a crappy “plan” like the one last week to take health care away and cut taxes for the rich.
