This rule doesnāt really reduce the number of abortions.
But it does dramatically increase the number of women who die from back-alley abortions.
Thatās a policy Republicans can support, because they donāt believe women should have sex unless itās for procreationāand those women certainly arenāt supposed to enjoy sex.
