Discussion: Spicer Contradicts Trump Trust Docs, Says The Trust Didn't Change

His boss is the worst liar ever. As I saw on twitter yesterday, “a compulsive liar like Trump requires compulsive believers like his cult followers.”

Nah. Spicer is the one who’ll be thrown from the escape chopper when the fatasses exceed the weight limit.

And far less misleading.

I’m very, very okay with that, too…

In a scathing letter, the Wallace Global Fund fired its elite law firm, Morgan Lewis, for its role in enabling Donald Trump to use the presidency to line his pockets.

Great read:

It would be really delicious if the entire press corp started shaking their heads every time Sadr City Sean started lying.

The lesson of this election is it doesn’t matter how obvious the lies are. Not one bit.

But I wonder why they waited this long. And whether they, say, put teeth in it by filing an ethics complaint.

Another possible take-a-way from this is that DJT is not as rich as he said he was and isn’t personally liquid enough to live out of his personal checkbook. He needs to tap in to the company’s cash flow in order to support his lifestyle.

I am also wondering why they worded it the way they did and said the trustees can distribute “… net income or principal…”. If money is indeed fungible, why would they feel it necessary to distinguish between the two?

I have a mental image of Trump Tower endorsing over a handful of rent checks to DJT and then he has the motorcade stop at a payday loan place so he can run inside and ask them if they can cash a few 3rd party checks for him.

Spicer contradicting reality…

No violations of the rules of professional conduct to report. The part about “think[ing] about larger principles than zealous representation of a client” implicitly acknowledges that.

(Trump’s) plan to “limit direct communication” related to his businesses…

It is hardly reassuring that he has a “plan” to limit direct communication that would limit his ability to order his son’s to release funds to him when he may opt to withdraw funds himself with no communication of any kind necessary.

Spicer knows we can hear him. Right?

Let’s hope CNN shows the cover, since he might have a chance of seeing it since I am pretty damn positive Trump doesn’t get the New Yorker.

And I’m sure Fox won’t show it.

I hope they do or someone tweets the cover - he has GOT to see it.

I love that, but if that were my son, he’d be in a very long time-out.

@tena I know someone here who likes to send Trump tweets.
