I hope law enforcement doesn’t miss this Intelligence opportunity. This is a golden chance to identitfy the core members for future tracking and to plant agents into their midst.
With the current state of facial recognition technology the vast majority of these proto-terrorists could be identified and a list generated within a very short time.

People are damned hard to figure, I’ll grant that. I know a guy that is a Trump supporter all the way down the line. He’s not a racist per se, but he wouldn’t be throwing any parties if a daughter came home with a black boyfriend. His politics are odious though, swallows all the hateful bullshit Trump and the GOP cares to shovel.
Tomorrow morning he’s getting up at 6AM to spend a full day passing out winter coats and boots to poor kids in neighborhoods near his church.

A childhood buddy of mine said of trump last spring “lets give the guy a chance”. This same guy has the warmest softest heart. High school educated only but goes out of his way to look out for others yet is a trump supporter. Go figure. I’m interested to find out if he is still so supportive of trump as he was 9 months ago.

On further thinking @steviedee111 , I belong to a volunteer group, fairly informal, who take veggie produce to shut-ins and folk who can’t afford decent food. The group is wide ranging politically speaking but unified in looking out for the less fortunate. We gather about every 2 weeks to take bags of produce (good quality too) to this who need it. The pay are the grateful smiles I get.

the more likel scenario is for police and various federal security types to infiltrate the these groups and actually incite the violence the Alt (same old) Right needs so badly need to validate themselves and get the publicity they also need and crave.
Wouldn’t it be grand if the mayor, police chief, and director of streets and parks for Murfreesboro and Shelbyville actually announced that!

Yeah really. I mean I understand folks wanting to show that these folks are a minority, but I doubt you’ll ever change those folks minds, so just stay away and hopefully it will show what a small number of folks think like this.
