It’s easy for some to dismiss these people as just a pack of nutjobs… that is a mistake. These folks insulate their friends with similar values into positions of power,at every level, from school boards to federal judgeships. These people affect you life and choices and are angling to have even more say in your life, don’t underestimate that.

There is a reason that these nutjobs religious groups hide in the shadows and never exactly explain to the public what they are all about or what they are doing. They suck in people looking for deeper religion and brainwash them little by little.
In the end, it seems that the goals are basically to control and abuse women so that they pump out more little religious freaks to swell the ranks and to cut the whole group off from society.
I’m sure there is some degree of giving your worth to the church as well.
There are Mormon groups that pretty much do the same thing.
I’m not sure what the exact definition of a cult is but having one leader that creates and applies his own rules and invented laws plus has his way sexually with the members, sounds just like a cult to me.

Smug intellectuals mocked all the Fascist Dictators as they rose to power (Mussolini, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Pinochet,etc.) and claimed “they are too stupid to rule over ME”. It got them all murdered in “re-education” and “concentration” camps.
