Discussion for article #227112
It really doesn’t matter if they are pissed off. It’s just fun to watch them scream in rage cause they have to pay for sick ni(CLANG!) in other states while their crackers get nothing.
Oh…and because it’s HELPLESS rage,
Mission Accomplished!
Bessie, go starch my white hood!
The people in other states who are being paid for are disproportionately white. That’s why those states are caving in. Only when hospitals start closing and white car crash victims are dying for lack of a close enough emergency room will the southern states “capitulate.”
The Supreme Court created this pathway to success for the racist before gutting the Voting Rights Act. Class and race warfare under the 10th Amendment.
Indiana making progress for affordable care? Hardly. Our AG has relentlessly filed suits against ACA, and thousands are not covered. His plan (the latest) has been rejected by feds. Noteworthy that GOPS isnt criticizing him as loudly as others. makes me quake in my boots that he may be POTUS candidate
There IS a large elephant in the room: Republicans. It’s been their trademark symbol for centuries.
Let’s talk about that nasty, America-hating elephant at vote time.
All aboard the Clue Train. Next stop Racistsville.
Pence might be a POTUS candidate but I have no worries at all about him being president. He’s actually dumber than Rick Perry.
Hold on just a darn minute there…someone dumber than Rick Perry? I’m not saying its not possible, but how would that person have survived into adulthood?
Denying black folks is a feature not a bug. Its the main reason all those southern voters continue to vote against their own self interests. They would rather suffer themselves than think that someone they see as undeserving got some assistance.
Brian Beutler, like Ryan Reilly, used to write for TPM.
Maybe they are hoping the poor and black will move elsewhere to get health care. Seriously. A form of American ethnic cleansing. There are precedents from the Great Migration.
Back then, 79 percent of the nearly 5 million people being cut out of Medicaid lived in the South. And more than them were black (27 percent) or Hispanic (21 percent) than white (47 percent). They were also young (50 percent between 18 and 34).
So while it appears that the poor residents of Indiana and Wyoming can soon look forward to health coverage under Obamacare, Southern blacks are being left behind.
Did anyone else see that? Media spins stats to play the race card. How does, 47% of whites, 21% of hispanics leads to BLACKS are being left behind?

Maybe in reality this isn’t about racism but instead about classicism.
-
Maybe its more about the notion that “it’s mine and I’m not sharing?”
-
Maybe its more about the belief that if someone is poor, it’s their fault and I’m not interested in giving handouts.
In Ga…we’re already there. Five hospitals (mostly in rural WHITE areas) have closed, and there is already a case where a WHITE woman died because the local hospital was closed and by the time she was airlifted to the nearest hospital she had died. If her heart attack had been treated in the local hospital, she most likely would be alive today
Yes, this is a very significant elephant and gets to the heart of a lot of stuff.
