I know people from that area of SoDak and even had a brother who lived in the Black Hills for a while. It makes perfect sense that this local yokel politician felt perfectly comfortable making this joke in a newspaper column, because the area is filled with dirt-stupid rednecks who hate Obama because he’s, er, not like them.
