Discussion for article #228597
Not a cluestick big enough or heavy enough to beat one into these people. We’re suffering from a Cluestick Gap.
Which is worse, racist Republicans or Republicans too stupid to realize they’re racists?
“My local folks did. I re-posted it on my Facebook page and so far everybody on there has liked it. I do feel bad that so many people don’t have a sense of humor."
It all would have worked out if she was never in contact with non-friends.
Although, to be accurate, it isn’t our sense of humor that is lacking. It is Betty’s sense of humor.
That’s a Venn diagram with a lot of overlap there.
“Finally, if all else fails, they have threatened not to send us any more presidents….”
If only someone could so easily curtail our supply of racist Republican jackasses.
So what do we have to do to stop this country from being destroyed by racist scumbags like you Olson? Get it clueless, that to most intelligent and DECENT people, racism is not funny, but does portray one of very limited intelligence who believes that it is.
She sounds like Rush Limbaugh’s soulmate. Haven’t I heard this “can’t you people take a joke” schtick before?
Typical right wing republican not having a clue and dumb as a box of rocks! I may be biased but my ex mother in-law was from the Dakotas and she was dumb as a box of racks and raised her kids, my ex wife, the same way! It was embarrassing to go out with my ex and her sisters because they would make comments like that about everyone they saw.
She wasn’t joking.
Everyone knows she wasn’t joking.
She’s the joke—and doesn’t know it.
'dumb clod and ignorant republican"
Prerequisites for TeaPub candidacy.
The only black lady in her district and one of her best friends too!
So, that makes telling a racist joke OK?
Can’t…stop…digging.
We’re going to have to add this lady to the list of people’s faces we should NEVER EVER show again. Orly Taitz occupies the other spot on the list.
How do people like this manage to get by in modern day America? What a nincompoop.
Yeah, “I posted it on my facebook page” is universally recognized as fucking spot-on scientific sampling methodology. It’s right up there with “I asked everyone at my prayer meeting” and “everyone was in agreement at thanksgiving dinner.”
“the guy who sent it to me is married to a black lady”
So plagiarism and failure to attribute. Got it.
Rep. Betty Olson:
As far as being racist, the guy who sent it to me is married to a black lady, so I don’t think racism had anything to do with it.
That’s a new one: Of course I’m not racist - some of my best casual acquaintances are married to black people.
Oh, all good then, amirite?
