Didn’t many analysts tout Nikki Haley as a moderate, reasonable Republican because of her response over the confederate flag? What will they say about this???

“Nikki Haley has signed legislation outlawing most abortions at 20 weeks beyond fertilization.”

Because the GOP is the party of limited government and personal liberty.

But seriously…

Maybe she’ll take a cue from George Wallace.
And stand in the Ladies Room doorway.
To block the 30% to 40% of all fertilized eggs that spontaneously miscarry.
While shrieking, “Blastocysts now, blastocysts tomorrow, blastocysts forever!”

she is STILL the moderate Republican… it could’ve been a law like Oklahoma tried to pass that was vetoed by their Gov…

with NO exceptions for the woman…

Perhaps she isn’t the most extreme Oklahoman, but that still doesn’t make her a moderate in my book.

So is there a component of this law that requires all women to take a pregnancy test after every sexual encounter? How will they determine exactly when the egg was fertilized?
And then who in the SC state legislature has stock in the companies that make E.P.T. and First Response pregnancy tests? Will the state supply the test or will women have to buy them themselves and deduct them off their taxes. Will there be sales tax place on these tests? Who will monitor all these tests.
Wouldn’t it just have been cheaper to require all SC women to wear chastity belts, and have mandated that all sexual encounters happen in state run facility?
