Jail time! Nothing less! I don’t care and I don’t want to hear about “first time offenders” or any crap like that! Each and every one of those thugs, the women included, should be convicted of assault & battery, resisting/evading police and conspiracy to keep the crime secret; and when convicted have to serve at least some time in the county jail, genpop! It’s time that human garbage like this be taught a lesson IN PRISON and then we’ll see how likely they are to want to return there the next time they see two gay men walking together and want to beat them up.

Cue Rush Limbaugh lamenting the deplorable state of our nation when a few upstanding young people can’t go out on a Saturday night and blow off steam without the “PC” police ruining a good time. It makes one wonder what kinds of places employ people like this, and what their policies are toward employees who commit hate crimes.
Wow this is incredible, on many levels.
It takes a special type of coward to be part of a 12-person group assaulting two people for no reason other than intolerance.
And secondly, I take back everything negative I’ve ever said about social media. Today one bigot in Wisconsin is off the ballot, and 12-15 young bigots are going to have to answer for an abominable hate crime. I can’t wait for their names and mugshots to be released to the public.
Anyone know anything about hate crime legislation in PA?
edit: It looks like there is no hate crime legislation in PA, but there is in Philly.
Here’s hoping that they see jail time even with a plea deal.

Not sure about PA hate crime laws. However, it probably goes without saying if the victim is black all you’d need to do after beating them up is shoot them dead and you’d walk. Then again, I guess that goes for all 50 states, doesn’t it?

They won’t spend a single night in jail. Not one. They won’t even have to pick up trash. I bet you my left testicle.
If one of the victims had shot and killed one of his attackers, however, he would go to prison. Face it, Stand Your Ground only refers to a hetero white murdering a minority American.
I love how technology is leaving the mouthbreathing inbred hateful cretins in the dust. Cops…fratboys…hillbillies…SUCK IT.

Maybe it’s me, but there is something a bit unsettling about those tweets. Call me old fashioned. I don’t think cops tweeting is conducive to unbiased law and order. Look for that to be part of a defense strategy.
