This is a disappointing article by a usually excellent reporter. There is no mention of Sen. Whitehouse’s insightful comments and questioning of Gorsuch. He explained the nature and the problem with so many of the 5-4 Republican decisions. The Republican justices are bought and paid for, especially Alito and Roberts. If TPM won’t report it, it’s worth finding on You Tube or Daily Kos.

Agreed. Put the brakes on everything. We currently have a dysfunctional government starting with potus on down with republicans regurgitating rainbows everywhere. This isn’t the real world.

My. my, my…it’s apparent that Kennedy ® thinks the Trump’s Russia ties is just a big ol’ joke…
What little I listened to, seemed way too staged. He does not deserve to be considered. He cut the line. And that is cheating. Garland was in front of him.
And this doesn’t even take into account that the Trump administration could be blown to smithereens at any moment. Which, of course, is why the Repubs are so desperate to move fast on Gorsuch and the stupid repeal.
I had not watched any of this till this by Trevor Noah.
