Despite the outrageous incompetancy (corruption?) of everyone involved in this, there’s still the issue of a toxic site that needs to cleaned up.
140 million for a fucking soccer stadium, but no effort to provide 1 million for the cleanup? Fuck each and every one of you.

I dunno, maybe the Mayor could’ve made a deal to get someone in the Stadium deal to contribute that million as a good will offset or something. I mean, really, they can spend 140 mill, what’s another million to the bill, fer chrissakes?

This is an opprotunity for some Democrat to step up make it happen and make out like a hero. Let’s see, Supports Big League SPORTS, creates some JOBS, show concern for the ENVIRONMENT, and the COMMUNITY, all they would really need to do is open up their freakin PIE HOLE and push the deal really, and open that PIE HOLE in PUBLIC btw.

Sounds like the classic “putting the horse before the cart!” I can’t believe they started doing deals with local grocery stores before they even inspected the damn site. Of course no one will be held responsible for this awful catastrophe!
