Just spitballing here but I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a false flag operation and “blamed on” the government of Ukraine. Just the thing that Putin needs to seize more territory.

I would not rush to call it a false flag just yet. Sure, it would fit Putin’s MO, but Putin has killed many civilians in Syria with thousands of dumb bombs. I have always thought it was a matter of time before Russia paid some kind of price for the thousands of civilians killed with his bombing campaign in Syria. I thought Russia would have these bombings start sooner. Unless Putin gets lucky, I wouldn’t be surprised to see more of them going forward.

Yes, Putin is a POS. But his killings are always “hits” on an individual. This was clearly a terror attack. I get pretty tired of the Alex Jones “False Flag” nonsense for every event. Almost all such events are real, a False Flag is extremely rare. People always bring up the Reichstag Fire from over 80 years ago as “proof” that all things that happened since then are “False Flags”.
