As a dog myself, may I just say I’d only hire Sessions as a fire hydrant.
Anyone who’s been there as a tourist as I have (lucky me) has seen this monument. There are not enough words to describe the feelings it invokes. The elf has dismissed it as readily as he dismissed the entire state.
@squirreltown All the dimwits in this admin as well as all the dim Rs in the Congress are learning the hard way the power of social media. Previously they were only adored by the people back home. No more.
He’s lost away from the cookie tree…
I was at that memorial some years ago and what made the strongest impression on me was the little speech a young sailor who ran the launch that takes you there made before we left. It’s not a tourist attraction, he basically said, it’s a gravesite, and they needed you to comport yourself accordingly. It was clear this wasn’t history for that kid, and he felt a protective kinship with the people who died there, their memory and dignity were important to him. The site itself is sobering and makes you think, but not as much, for me, as that kid who was probably not born until a half-century after the ship went down.
Nope. I haven’t even noticed it. LOL.
I agree. It was a post-card day when I went and yet a very somber place. I’ve always felt lucky to have been there.
Stop calling it an island, Jeff.
It’s a state.
Children know that.
I caught this interview and Kelly was saying why the dreamer was deported
"For weeks, immigrant rights groups had searched for the right case to highlight their battle against President Trump’s get-tough immigration policy. They think they’ve found it this week in Juan Manuel Montes-Bojorquez, a Dreamer who went public with his story that he was deported despite having been approved under the Obama administration’s temporary amnesty.
Top Democrats in Washington seized on the case, with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi calling Mr. Montes outstanding and saying his deportation was a disgrace to American values. Sen. Richard J. Durbin, Illinois Democrat, demanded explanations, saying Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly had personally promised last month that nobody approved under President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy would be deported by the Trump administration."
“I was just making the point that’s very real
I can’t play the video now but can anyone tell me how Velshi responded to that “very real” crap?
Must be Primate thing. Is it like an IMDB summary?
I guess it depends on what he’s talking about. Hard to,know with these clowns.
“Ah didn’t mean to be niggardly in praise of Hawaii’s beauty,” Sessions later added. “I do so appreciate the local color, y’all know.”
Putz.
Aw, Sessions is just gathering material for his autobiography: Life under the Unjust Tyranny of Facts-Based Reality.
What makes anyone think that this Closet Klansman has changed in 30 years?
…Turner’s voice became emotional when she talked about Sessions becoming attorney general…“Sessions has not changed. Have you ever known a leopard to change his spots? I haven’t… Sessions is still a racist.”
Orange Hitler and the Double Down Gang strike again.
Look at the difference in emphasis and location between “reply” and “summarize this topic”. I think it’s bad design.
The poor kids in civics class during the Trump years. “The Attorney General is the top law officer of the United States. He also determines which states are ‘real states’ and which are ‘less-than-equal states’ and believes Reefer Madness is a documentary. May or may not be a Keebler Elf.”
Session not KKK cuz they smoke reefer.
I wonder what color crayons he’ll use.
Still won’t admit that Hawaii is a state?
