OT: Have you guys read Josh’s new blog about Trump’s people mulling the idea of attaching a 5% or 10% tariff on imported goods? The House Republicans are also considering. Protectionism, etc. One way Trump is considering it is by some sort of executive order (read Josh’s blog). Anyone know the legalities here? What, if anything of the such, can be implemented by EO?
