Discussion: Sessions Condemns Any Who 'Accept Or Apologize For' Bigotry, Skips Over Trump

Yeah, purse your lips a little more, Grandma Klanboy.

Who knew that 2016 would have the same humid weather?

Many people will say that this is 2017, but I know better, believe me.

Extra points for Uecker reference. I have MLB. Uecker is one of the best braodcasters in baseball.

Consider that all the tricks and ploys he has used in business are in many cases nullified by being a public servant. I bet you are correct.

“You see, the main problem is”, said Mr. Sessions while putting on his hood, “that Our Great and Glorious Beloved Bigly President didn’t differentiate properly between the two types of Nazis. The “bad Nazis” were the ones who killed an innocent young woman with a motor vehicle in Charlottesville. The “good Nazis” were the ones who desecrated a synagogue down the street. I mean, that is their job after all, isn’t it?”

Gee, I haven’t seen that much sincerity since Jimmy Swaggert asked for forgiveness after being caught with a hooker.

Condemnations don’t mean shit to a tree unless you name the offender. Period.

Meanwhile, the Wikipedia entry for Presidents of the Confederate States has been updated:

And Chris Rock has weighed in:

Not to defend uber-SOB Jefferson Beauregard Sessions, but he barely dodged the bullet a couple weeks ago, he is not about to blast his boss now. Besides his condemnation is as sincere as the one that Trump gave on Monday. He may be even concerned that if libruls get their way they will force him to change his name.

Geeez, Sessions is one of the most racist people ever born and he’s not even in the top 3?

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Wednesday condemned those who “accept or
apologize for” bigotry, but made no mention of his boss’ return to
equivocal rhetoric about a white supremacist rally that turned violent
in Charlottesville, Virginia.”
…
So, it’s OK for trump to defend those crack pots but Heaven help anyone else…have I got it right Mr Sessions?
You just can’t take a moral stand, can ya, Jeff. Mr Sessions: what’s more important… your self respect and personal honor or working for an avowed racist/misogynist/apologizer?

I love Uecker.

Although he’s only listed as #274 on the list for most passed balls (tied with twelve others at 27, in 1967; the record is still held by Rudy Kemmler with 114 in 1883) he had, I think, by far the best excuse ever uttered by a catcher:
“I had to let them go by. Otherwise they might have hit me.”
