liâl Willie is scum of the self-entitled scum. We crossed paths in the aught-90âs at an airport gate check-in where he was trying to get a first class upgrade but the first class cabin was full. These âcritical incidentsâ in a personâs day to day behavior speak volumes about his/her character.
Most people in a service job like that of a gate agent or hotel clerk want to be helpful and respond to polite appeals, but when that degenerates into bullying itâs counterproductive and just plain mean. One can be sure he uses this behavior routinely.
