Menendez has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

I’ll bet he said he can’t wait for his day in court, either.

Translated, that means ‘guilty.’

I hope he’s available and not in shackles on the day the Senate gets around to voting for Loretta Lynch. IF they get around to voting. But he’s against Obama’s stance on immigration, so maybe better he’ll be indisposed.

Couple this with the no contempt for Lerner and the GOPers should start to shriek momentarily.

If only he had the decency to switch to the Republican Party before his indictment.

didn’t he say he would vote against lynch?

He probably did and he would have cited her support of Obama’s position. So it’s best he be taken away.

Honestly, I don’t really care so long as he refuses to leave voluntarily. If we can get another Dem in the seat, burn him.

this is what I love about “our side”…when our people break the laws, we demand they get what they got coming…republicans circle the wagons to protect their guilty…

TPM should just recycle the headline, “Someone from NY, NJ, MI FL, IL, CA, AZ, France, Italy, Russia, Iraq, Afghanistan, India, Russia, not China, Mexico, Russia, Ireland, and maybe Finland was indicted today. Click to see who it was!!!”

Okay, now if Chris Van Hollen and Donna Edwards would please flip a coin to see which one moves to New Jersey, we could massively upgrade NJ’s representation and get two fantastic new senators. (Please – we love you both!)

I think he said he would abstain.
