A “clerical error” huh? Why of course blame the whole thing on some overworked, underpaid secretary, but just where did they get that information to put in that form, that you now blame on a “clerical error”? Poor unemployed Scott thought he could get away with embellishing his paperwork, and thought no one would notice.
