Personally, I wouldnā€™t settle for anything less than charismatic megafauna. None of this insect garbage for me!

The article neglects to mention the insect named for Trump - the Dung Beetle.

If they found a new species of Stinkbug, they could also name it after Drumpf. Halyomorpha SkunkTrumpUla.

Kinda cool, but seriously??

ā€œGinsburg joins a list of other politicians who have had insects named after themā€¦ā€

The court has certainly been politicized, but calling Justice Ginsburg a ā€œpoliticianā€ seems completely wrong and, frankly, insulting.

I donā€™t think this is a compliment to herā€“to be named after a bug that bites off the head of its sex partners. That is not an honor.

Scientists discovered the species with a new technique that uses a female specimenā€™s genitals to formally distinguish it from other species, the Post reported.

Call me a wimp, but this is an avenue I never expected, or desired, to travel down in a piece featuring RBG.
