It would be interesting for the parents to explain to the public why they had an AK and two pistols available to what now appears to be a pretty mixed-up kid. Were they Wayne LaPierre devotees worried about carjackers and knock-out gamers, rapers and haters and campus killers etc.? Or maybe they planned to defend the power grids? Why did this make sense, parents? Everyone was lucky this time and three guns are at least temporarily in safe storage. That leaves about 299,999,997 floating around out there. Will their owners at least try to use their goddamn heads and be halfway responsible in storing them?
