They sure think they do, Joe. Itâs called âTeabaggery.â
Joe lost his right to a âlegalâ opinion on the day Lori Klausutis died in his office.
Today on the âOutraged Idiot with a Microphoneâ showâŚ

"âŚit gives you no right to cast a shadow over the state of Alabama.â
The state of Abalama has been living under the shadow of ignorance and bigotry for a long, long time.
These are JUDGES! If I decided to just ignore a law I would be carted off to jail no problem. I repeat THESE ARE JUDGES!!! If judges are going to ignore law, laws that they are supposed to interpret & pass judgement on, then why would any citizen feel the need to not do the exact same thing? No one is above the law, (supposedly) so why are they allowed to do this? What is their punishment going to be? Because they certainly SHOULD be punished. Nothing less than disbarment is what I say. This is infuriating!
It sounds as if he may have answered that nagging question: Is Scarborough fair?
And of course you have the right to state the obvious as false pretense for your illusory even-handedness.
And Mika has a right to reclaim her dignity and get her own show, but sheâs far too obsessed with Koch.
They are hiding behind the assertion of stateâs rights, you know, like they did back when the trees bore strange fruit. Paraphrasing Alabamaâs favorite son Gov. Wallace, âdiscrimination today . . . discrimination tomorrow . . . discrimination forever.â
The Constitution doesnât mean a damn thing to the teabagger, their protestations to the contrary aside.
shmo joe has what I call a once in a blue moon momentsâŚthat is once in a blue moon he is right about something
âAre you going to Scarborough Fair

More reason for SCOTUS to rule.
This from a man who fretted about all âthose California votersâ who voted in favor of rescinding the rights of gays to wed, back when SCOTUS ruled the plaintiffs didnât have standing, leading to California authorities to immediately reinstating marriage equality in that state. I remember his reaction that day â he was put off that Prop 8 was overturned, couching his emotions in worrying about âwho speaks for those voters?â Speaking out of two sides again, Mr. Scarborough?
If this man loses any more of his 8,457 national viewers heâs gonna bust a gut and perhaps several chinsâŚ
âScarborough: Alabama Judges âHave No Right To Ignoreâ Gay Marriage Rulingâ
Joe, youâre a frigginâ genius.
Morninâ wood head be teh gay. And dead intern.
This clock will be accurate again in 12 hours.
âIf we donât like how federal judges are making laws"
Scarborough manages to still be wrong even when he is right that the judges have nothing in defying the SCOTUS. The SCOTUS did not make any law and striking down laws the violet the 14th Amendment is not âmaking lawsâ either.
