Discussion: Santorum: Muslim Community Responsible For 'A Lot' Of Anti-Semitism (VIDEO)

In hazmat suits, if they’re smart.

WHAT the holy FK is Santorum on about NOW??? He is such a lying weasel and he just makes crap up. I’m surprised he didn’t blame anti-Semitism on the ‘Blahs’…he does THAT quite regularly. So let me get this straight…because of the traditional rivalry between the Muslims and the Jews over the centuries the anti-Semitism in this country can be attributed to THEM? And no white nationalists or neo Nazis ever say and/or write squat about the Jews? Do I have this right?

He is not very smart. And I mean that in the sense of ‘native intelligence’.
And I think he’s a ‘true believer’. So I just shake my head; it’s actually difficult for me to get mad at this guy. The question is, why on earth does this half wit get air time?

Yeah. Because the KKK and other far-right anti-semitic groups are just infested with Muslims.

Who is this Santorum guy?

Let me Google his name.

Oh my

I wish someone - someone deliciously devious - at CNN would bring on Dan Savage as a surprise guest when Rick Santorum is on one of their segments. It would be quite amusing to see Ricky Boy breaking the record for the 4-minute mile running out of the studio, waving his arms in the air and whimpering like a 12-year-old girl.

So - instead of condemning anti-Semitic activity, he chose to condemn some non-specific Muslim community? Perhaps, even now, there is a cover-up underway to suppress the cemetary’s video showing a gang of hijab-wearing ruffians entering over the back fence…

Take your dead heart home, Santorum. Let the kids see it and hold it. Then bury it like the dead thing it is.

Why anyone, anywhere would pay SANTORUM for his opinions is a mystery.

He’s a loathsome asshole.

Gee, I hope some cartoon character doesn’t drop an anvil or a piano on his head. Heavens to Murgatroid!

The Muslim: Santorum is being kind. Its not “A Lot” but all of it, we are responsbile for ALL of the anti-semitism in the Land of The Free. The whites have been kind to The Jews, especially Trump supporters.

It’s like asking Scott Baio for advice on how to have a successful, lasting Hollywood career. Or on how to be a human being, for that matter.

Spreading the fake talking points…First it was the media. Then it was, quite oddly, the scientists in the Department of Agriculture. Here, it is our educational system and college campuses. Anyplace where anyone can learn anything that might expose the unAmerican values of this regime becomes a target for silencing. They know none of their claims are true, but they spread these lies to their faithful, who perpetuate the mistrust in everything that is American so that our values and constitutional rights can be further eroded. They control enough of the real fake news so that the falsehoods and threats to our democracy will further divide this nation until…the next American Revolution.

He’s under contract with CNN to spread fake news on behalf of the Republican party.

Yes. He’s getting paid.

Cuomo: 'Senator, when did the president convert to Islam?"

Santorum, like Trump, makes wild-assed assertions without any proof! They are both dickheads.

What the fuck is he talking about with respect to college campuses though? I haven’t seen or heard anything about a massive wave anti-semitism on college campuses by Muslims who support Palestinians and the two state solution, etc.

Oh, wait, that IS what he’s calling “anti-semitism”…merely supporting the Palestinian people and a two state solution.

Cuomo has been fairly good hammering these idiots, but I feel like he failed a bit on this one. Instead of putting Santorum on the spot with demands for his evidence to back up his assertions, he sort of just allowed them to be put on the table.

Santorum is Opus Dei. Nuff said.

People would have more respect for CNN if they didn’t have people like Santorum. Who really cares what Santorum thinks?

Gee Rick…that is probably why you are a FORMER Senator from our state…you still don’t get it.

Before you go spouting off nonsense like this, try reading a local paper like the Post Gazette for a story like this:

Syrian family begins journey to a new life in Pittsburgh

The story details the chaos the family endured when fighting broke out in the city of Homs, the site of the first rebellions against the Assad regime. The family was not involved, but the consequences became more and more dire with friends and neighbors getting shot, bombed, and kidnapped and tortured.

The family was finally able to get to Egypt where it spent a lengthy period and underwent (as the story details) rigorous vetting by US immigration officials before getting the papers needed to come to America.

But see Rick…here is the kind of stuff you try and demonize…and fortunately there are far more good people in the world than zealot fear mongers like you:

They flew from Cairo to New York, then into Pittsburgh — a 14-hour trip — arriving around 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 7. The Khalofs were immediately shuttled out to their new home in Lincoln Place and in the past two weeks began acclimating to the city.

The first night after they arrived a storm in the area dropped inches of snow — more than they ever received in Syria or Egypt. Mohmad and Mays built a snowman in their backyard.

> Assisted by Jewish Family and Children’s Services, the family has taken cultural orientation classes and has been trained to use public transportation. They are going to be learning English, and the children will be enrolled in the Pittsburgh Public Schools. JF&CS will help Mr. Khalof and Ms. Alteara find work.

Yes Rick…assisted by a Jewish service…I am sure the family’s anti-Semitism will be further strengthened by their experiences. Go climb back under that rock. And remember, more Muslims are being killed by Muslims than anybody else.
