I don’t think that is Bernie’s website soliciting donations. It appears to be a PAC – which I thought he doesn’t believe in.

Of course it won’t sway his decision. Why would it? He’s already heard enough about her damn emails.
As the loser of the Democratic primary, his goal is to rewrite the party platform in his image. He feels that it is his right to do so, since he only lost by several million votes. So he is hell-bent on getting his platform adopted, regardless of what those few (million) misled and/or misguided voters voted for.
