She is on the side of saving lives. She keeps her message not about attacking (she is positive to FEMA et al - but the problem is cutting red tape), but about saving lives. Her David to his Goliath - screamed enough to garner much greater attention to the escalating humanitarian crisis - and she is walking the walk of her rhetoric.
We are rooting for the people of Puerto Rico surviving this, the stemming of the catastrophy, and the success of those bringing supplies and working with the local people to deliver service/power and more to help stem the crisis. They too are heros.

The first thing you associate with self-dramatizing, attention-seeking showboaters really isn’t how they keep going on about results and saving lives and so forth. That’s really not a thing you see much. But you do you, Donald.
It’s difficult to have a dialogue that produces positive results when there’s only one reasonable person in the conversation, and the other is a narcissistic, racist, egotistic, praise-needy, vindictive, uninformed, uncaring, old reality show man-baby. Other than that, I hear he’s a great conversationalist and a very good listener who only wants to help others.
If she had only been wearing a “MAGA” hat, there would be no problem…
