Discussion: San Antonio District Fires Officer Who Body-Slammed 12-Year-Old Girl

You have to wonder if these people refuse to acknowledge technology. With all the people that were around him, you’d think that he would know he was going to be recorded on more than one persons phone.

We have a long way to go to rehabilitate the police culture, but this is a start. Change happens slowly but it does happen.

It’s usually the attempt to cover it up that catches these towering intellects.

well if he would have shot her he wouldn’t be worried about loseing his job…next time he will know better

The very least they should do, question is why did it take so long.

Nah, after all the girl is white, if black however all bets are off.

Fired? Why not prosecuted? These are children he is abusing!

“”“There’s two sides to every story”"" Says who? That platitude’s been around for a long time but no one’s ever dissected it. Does it mean there’s the truth and bullshit? Two versions of the truth? Or everyone’s full of shit?

If that spew’s the only defense the Union has they ought to quit right now.

That caught my eye also. Every time a police officer is caught on tape doing something horrible, someone always stands up and says exactly the same thing.

Well good luck defending the indefensible. Not only did the cop body slam a 12 year old GIRL but he LIED about it too. There is nothing that would justify committing that level of violence against her.
