People have been sentenced and executed based on inaccurate witness testimony. None of those witnesses ever were prosecuted as far as I know.

Of course cops NEVER lie under oath, and prosecutors NEVER knowingly indict people even though they KNOW the accused is innocent.
Rudy Giuliani has as much credibility talking about Ferguson as a ham sandwich.

Gee, I dunno, I think I’ll go with the two white construction workers who couldn’t believe that Mr. Brown was shot with his hands up, and were recorded saying that.
Not at all because they were white; because their immediate reaction was caught on video and because they were from outside the neighborhood.
But the video reaction…that seals it for me - no changing that story (although I would be curious to know if they actually testified, and what that testimony was).

Oh, he isn’t talking just about the witnesses before the GJ. He wants everyone who said something negative about his newest, shiny hero to be arrested and convicted for maligning such a paragon of virtue as Wilson.
Actually, Guilliani is putting his inner racist on full exposure in these comments. He knows he has no actually sway on any of this, so he can safely sit back and blow his dog whistles without impunity.
