Open the door even more, Mr. Moore, the thorough discovery and subsequent testimony will be great for you!

Flailing, man. Flailing.

Good luck with that, pervert. There’s this thing called “reporting the news.” Maybe you’ve heard of it.

I’ll bet you every dollar you’ll make fundraising off this crap to your idiot followers that you’ll never sue anyone, Roy. That’s a promise. DM me here if you want to make it official. The discovery process has under-oath pitfalls for false testimony, as you know perfectly well. But have fun talking about it, pervert.

I’m sure the Washington Post can’t wait. Bring it, molester man. The Post’s lawyers will destroy you.

Not going to happen. The depositions would be even more lurid than Ken Starr’s findings and keep the matter fresh through many news cycles. He’s just using Trump’s playbook.

Nichole Wallace pointed out this am , there is no legal case there is no further discovery .This was 4 women risking their privacy and reputations to call him out .They are not getting paid and the Me Too campaign has emboldened them to speak out.
Fuck that pervert

He won’t. The election will be over long before they would get to trial, and either way the election goes, he will want this to go away. A lawsuit will keep it in the headlines for months.

This is such bluster, much like Trump threatening to sue all the women who came forward with stories of his sexual attacks. Which he of course never did, as the discovery would have buried him.

If he moronically did try to sue WaPo, he would surely lose. The WaPo has well researched story with over 30 people interviewed and documents to back it up. The women in the story came to the WaPo with their stories. Moore is a high profile politician running for the Senate. There is no malice intent here.

Well, Moore added a nice touch when Gorsuch signed up to represent him in the suit.

Good thing for him “Thou shall not be a fu*king moron” is not a commandment…or he’d have broken that one too.

Exactly.

Of course Moore has absolutely no intention of suing. That’s not how libel works and he knows it. Plus, does he really want to answer the question of whether he fondled a 14 year-old under oath? He’s just shoveling bs to his base and of course they’ll be lining up for seconds.

These people have re-written the 2nd amendment to mean “unlimited firearms, no matter how unstable a person is.” Now they’re working on a revision of the 1st amendment to mean “freedom to be as horrible as you want to people under the banner of religion, but no right to criticise that behavior, and no right to report it in the press.” I hope that the soldiers that they quarter in my house are nice.

Given how badly he fumbled the softball questions on the matter, in the safe confines of Hannity’s show, I think that is a definite…NO.

I think your judgement day is coming early Roy.

His supporters are disappointed. They’ll only be happy if he pulls out that snub-nose again, and challenges a 14-year-old girl to a duel.

I have vowed to fight to the death to preserve the sacred liberties guaranteed by the Third Amendment. Unless the troops are hunks.
