Itâs always been my belief that Ivanka was the heir apparent to whatever remains of Trump, Inc. (Uday/Kusay would survive mostly on her largesse to them.) Iâve said it before and it turned out to be correct:
Any properties with their name on it will be reviled in the Western world. Not so much, in other parts such as Asia and the Middle East.

It is pretty amazing that not one of this set of financial guys has caught on that they should STFU in regards to people surviving the financial hardships that their administration is creating.

At risk of being the village pedant let me say that cement and concrete are used interchangeably in common parlance. When Mikey Cohen worries about cement sneakers, he is really thinking of concrete. Actually, cement is concrete without the sand, stone, fiberglass or other small rigid bodies (know as aggregate) which give it strength.

Reminds me of a story told to me by a professor who was in grad school in the '30s (this was in the '90s). At the time, it was kind of a new thing for higher education to be a career choice for the upwardly mobile instead of the upper class. He was struggling to make ends meet, and was begging his department for some way to earn extra money. The department had nothing for him. One of the leadership said, âSorry, youâll just have to dip into capital.â

My daughter graduated from The New School, that 's when I first learned of Langâs name. But I heard about what started the âI Have A Dream Foundationâ many years ago (probably from 60 Minutes) - I just didnât know that it was Eugene Lang at the time.
