Why do I get the feeling that she will be like Trump? A year from now we’re still going to be hearing about how Ambien did her in and made her tweet a racist tweet, similar to “I hire the best people” or largest inauguration crowd, . . .

Trumpies are under the illusion that there is an unwritten executive order giving them permission to say every un-PC thing they can think up or repeat. They do it all the time when they are among like minded friends. What Roseann is distraught about is that there was a consequence to her action, based on what a larger group of people consider offensive and disgusting. She thought those people didn’t matter anymore.

I have a sibling with a serious mental illness. This sibling is still capable of being an asshole, just like any other person. Blaming her racism on her mental illness is not helpful and it’s misguided.

The racist subtext of Roseanne’s statement is that she mistook vj for white, so she thought she wasn’t making a boo-boo. The stupid subtext is that, since she knew absolutely nothing about vj other than her looks, she disqualifies herself from political tweetery.

So, Barr says that she “didn’t mean it the way they’re saying I meant it.” Begs the question: Well, what DID you mean? Lacking an explanation of her real intent, I have NO sympathy for her situation. My disgust for Barr continues to grow!

Barr was probably doing fine before she sank her self and her show and she will be quite all right in the aftermath. She should shut, mainly because nobody wants to hear her flabby excuses. She may even be back in the entertainment industry at some point. (Gosh darn I’ve been waiting for a chance to use this). “I really don’t care, do you”. My take on this is that she was accustomed to saying whatever racist rant she felt like, and then she got caught. She thought she could get away with saying any old racist crap, but this time she got slammed. Your career is over for now (hopefully forever though I don’t think so). Go find some alt right blog, call Bannon, he might have some ideas.
