Once again, proof that a base, racists are stupid. (It’s amazing Johnson had the grades necessary to be accepted to a Claremont college, let alone graduate.)

Under the first amendment a certain amount of making up shit (see National Enquirer and Weekly World News) is permitted. But libelous actions such as publishing articles implicating non-public figures in questionable activities, particularly criminal behavior is considered tortious to the average toddler.

Sites such as Johnson’s don’t make any attempt to verify accusations and allegations that are falsifiable. If the story is racist or implies that whites are oppressed they publish it.

And I’m sure they wonder how they lose lawsuits.
