There’s something seriously wrong with our justice system when “(h)e drove her to a remote area, punched her, choked her with her own scarf then drove her to a cemetery where he raped her,” and we put him in prison for a few years, let him go, and tell him not to do it again. He was obviously a very sick individual, and it was clear he would continue. Surely we can come up with something better than incarceration and release?

Charming. Kill the last one and use her jewelry to groom the next ones. I can’t fathom the mind of a psychopath like this. How did he get so bent out of shape that his social life evolved to this?
