Aren’t there residency requirements in every state in order to vote? Since only the Electoral College matters, someone who has lived in Israel for a few years shouldn’t be able to cast a ballot.

Could this be an effort at voter fraud by the Trump folks?

Expats and those with dual citizenship can vote. In the case of Expats, they’re tied to a state and can vote for President and the Senate.
I’m just amazed the GOP is going to this effort. I wonder who within the party is behind it. Is Trump perceived as more reliable to Zionists? If so I don’t get it.
