If I’m reading this correctly Laurence Tribe is saying that Pence committed a felony by “hid[ing] what he knew about a serious federal crime.” If “what he knew about a serious federal crime” refers to the content of the DT letter then Rosenstein was privy to the same information when he was shown a copy of the original DT letter. Contrary to DT’s complete misunderstanding of our governmental system, Rosenstein is not DT’s lawyer and cannot hide behind attorney-client privilege. If he had knowledge of a serious federal crime he would be under a duty to disclose. So is Rosenstein cooperating with Mueller behind the scenes or is he in deep shit?

Maybe. So long as they have Fox, talk radio and the rest of the RWEC to distract, deflect and confuse, they’ll be a potent force, IMO. AFAIK Pence does have functioning digits, which is Grover’s only requirement for a new POTUS.
