ââHeâs done stranger things,â she later added.â
After he votes for him, no person can say he didnât know about Trump.
You own him.
Donald Trump is a Stump and heâs got to raise his voice and be obnoxious just to feel normal!
I expect Donald Trumpâs brittle, narcissistic personality to crumble into full-blown dissociative personality disorder by the end of the campaign.
In fact, that might already explain his fluent but talentless lying: you see, that really isnât his voice on the WaPo tape. Itâs John Millerâs.
Thatâs got to become someoneâs Internet avatar: âJohn Miller, Spokesman.â
I doubt that it will take anywhere near that long.
I saw one last night: âJohn Miler, PRâ
To qoute " TEFLON" Donald Trump:
"Donald Trump Says He Could âShoot Somebodyâ Without Losing Votes "
âDonald Trump Leaked The Tapeâ= piece of cake.Sad to say,his followers are at their last grasp.
Iâve known people like that --> any attention, even negative attention is better than no attention. I really donât get why he might have released it though. He surely is getting a ton of attentionâŚjust look at all the real estate he has here at TPM!
This phone thing makes him look like a fool; an idiot. Of course everything else he says pretty much does that too.
His campaign surely knows the media will move on to something else in a matter of days and at some point, if weâre not there already, the media and every Republican will just chalk the next thing that comes up to âTrump being Trumpâ and leave it that.
Just added pathological liar to his other sterling personality features: racist, misogynist, swindler.
What in the world can Speaker Ryan and others be thinking? Apparently, their power-lust is more powerful than all those boring RWNJ principles and values theyâve droned on about for decades. I imagine their meetings are a lot like Gov. Lepetomaneâs:
âGentlemen, gentlemen, weâve gotta protect our phony-baloney jobs!â
âImmediately!â
âHarumph!â
I donât buy that Trump released the tape for one minute. It may not have come from her, but there were probably other people at People who had access to it, even other people on Trumpâs side who would have had access to it, assuming he taped it himself.
Plus, Trump has not handled this well. Hanging up the phone in the middle of an interview when the name is brought up? NoâŚjust not buying it. And, as you point out, Trump already owns the media cycle. Why introduce something that embarrasses and humiliates him, just to add to an already Trump bloated news cycleâŚat the end of the week??
Maybe Trump wants focus on something other than his tax returns
I canât believe anyone else would have keep such a tape. Itâs probably came from Trumpâs Greatest Scams library. Nixon kept tapes, too.
When you need a diversion from your failure to disclose your taxes and eagerness to stop scrutiny of your self-funding/loaning money to your campaign scam, leaking a tape bragging about your sexual exploits always worksâŚlike a charm with the Palin People and media.
I thought the Nazi Butler story was the most outrageously silly thing ever in American politics. Trump just keeps pulling them out of his pocket like a mad magician.
Ego knows no bounds and he needed a diversion.
Ryan, on his knees, to Trump: Please, please, plesse-- wonât you at least give us a fig leaf? Please.
Their current GOP bathroom debate is making Trumpâs alter-ego publicist gig look almost distinguished in comparison.
But this slow drip is pre-conditioning the marketplace for already wary independent voters and reinforcing the determination of Democratic voters to send this guy back to his reality show life. By the time Democratic TV ads run with every GOP politician in the country saying something negative about Trump, voters will have already come to that conclusion themselves.
So, Trump very likely leaked the tape that might ultimately prove to be the beginning stumble to his long fall down the stairs? LOL! Whatâs that saying? â You canât make this stuff up!!
Iâm with the folks who donât believe he did it. Memories are fallible; she could have made a copy and forgotten. She lost the original; it might have been found. And tapes are easily copied. (An old girlfriend from the Eighties once played me a copy times however many of Springsteenâs answering-machine message.) She might be extending her own moment in the sun. But most of all, even if you look at the situation through Trumpian crazy goggles thereâs no reason for him to do it, any more than the Wizard wanted Toto to pull back the curtain. As crazy as he is, he seems aware that itâs pretty squirrelly to pretend to be someone else so you can claim that celebrities want to date you. And my wifeâmy wife, Morgan Fairchild, yeah, thatâs the ticketâshe agrees too.
