Isn’t this exactly what Kellyanne said during an interview before the election: “You don’t have to listen to what he says but know what’s in his heart.” Which is gobblygook of the highest order. To know what is in one’s heart they have to either show it or say it, and Trump fails miserably on both.

The reality is that Pence is too much of a wuss to hang anyone. He will be afraid of the guys being hanged will stick their tongues out at him. Besides he will have to be accompanied by his wife to the hangings, as he wouldn’t trust himself being alone with gay men .

I just finished that New Yorker article, and as much as I hate Trump, Pence would undeniably be worse. Jane Mayer really deserves a Pulitzer Prize, if she hasn’t already got one. It’s long, but well-worth the read.
