‘poor’ Lindsey Walters
Ya think that someone who has an interest in the ultrafiltered milk policy change has complained about it to Trump? It seems he’s hung up on the dairy thing. Explanation of ultrafiltered milk policy change:
Here’s another plausible theory from someone who, whatever you think of her, does this for a living and is in a position to know:
This literally never happens, that the OTR portions of these interviews leaks. Most people close to White House have raised possibility that Trump ordered it put out. https://t.co/tDHFpsT6KK

There you go again with your facts and reasons and things. I had assumed Trump’s main motivations for trade wars was to make the white house the arbiter of domestic winners and losers, but had not considered that the trump family might have or want a stake in the foreign winners.
He has friends?
…Oh… the people who signed the NDA’s
You know “friends”
Could be, could be…
To Trump friend = dominated sycophant or dominated massive flatterer.
He could be deliberately sandbagging media people at this point, trying to make them look bad. Of course, if the media people see him doing that, they’ll out him on it. Two can play that bullshit.
I do not quite understand this, unless Bloomberg was acting as a ‘pool report’ for other outlets during the interview. The only justification for the Star releasing this is a 2017 WSJ blurb at the end of their article.
There is a precedent for Trump’s off the record remarks to one media outlet being revealed to another. In 2017, after the Wall Street Journal declined to release a full transcript of its own interview with Trump, Politico published the full text.
That said, Trump looks like a complete idiot here
Wow, I made OFF THE RECORD COMMENTS to Bloomberg concerning Canada, and this powerful understanding was BLATANTLY VIOLATED. Oh well, just more dishonest reporting.
In other reporting on the TV, he says it is FAKE NEWS, but he’s glad it came out and stands by it.
Donny my little child, if it is fake news and you stand by it, then it is not fake news, n’est-ce pas?
Here, have a cookie.
Canadians are already talking about boycotting US dairy in anyway they can. They have already started to boycott US produce. What’s Trump going to do about Canadian consumer boycotts?
Canada should call Trump’s bluff and join the European Economic Area and maybe also Schengen. Of course they’ll be very Canadian and very cautious, but even their patience isn’t endless.
So then, where does that put Mexico? If I were the new president, I would never allow this to pass without my blessing. I think that the more we look at this, the more we will see that it will remain the same but with a more current wording on existing items, but the core will be the same.
I don’t know if Trump thinks he has Congress in his pocket so securely that he can pull this off, but he doesn’t. Congress is the main body for trade agreements, and it will take the approval of Congress to make it all happen. That is way too much for any person representing a state with things to trade. Furthermore, NAFTA is a trilateral agreement and there are difficult procedures to undo it. Trump is an idiot (but you knew that) and shoots off his mouth to a base that knows even less.
Trump is required by US law to include Canada and Mexico in any talks about altering NAFTA.
He cannot unilaterally abrogate a treaty—and NAFTA is a treaty—only Congress can vote to do so.
FAKE NEWS. Trump’s consummate narcissism prevents him from saying anything “privately”.
Wow. A national leader who actually speaks with coherent sensibility. I remember when we used to have someone like that.
On the record…off the record ,you just know the man is a sickening excuse for a human being
