According to Foreign Policy, Tillerson said that the United States ā€œcontinues to evaluateā€ the council’s effectiveness, but is skeptical of the human rights records of other member states, including Saudi Arabia, China and Egypt.

Somewhat o/t, but the highlighted countries aren’t listed on the travel ban EO.
