Only the best people…I knew the Papadopoulos guilty plea was going to be important, but this is just beautiful. Clovis had no business whatsoever being nominated in the first place, but that’s par for the course with the Orange Menace.

Well, we can safely conclude that his Criminal Defense Attorney did this because she did not want him being questioned about any of this except where he can take the Fifth. We know for sure that neither he, nor the GOP Senate Majority, nor anyone inside the White House did it out of considerations for propriety. Actually, it was probably Trump who demanded it as soon as he found out people had identified the “Campaign Supervisor” in the Papadopoulos Offense Statement.
