So if the DA decided not to prosecute and they’re still within the statute of limitations, can we prosecute them later? Like now?

I’m not a lawyer (@tena, you around?), but I believe charges can be brought up within the statute’s time limitations so long as no plea agreements of any kind were agreed to, as that would constitute a resolution to their legal obligation.

The state can recharge anyone within the statute so that’s the answer. The only bar on charging people twice for something is double jeopardy but nothing attached so yes they could.

I sure hope they’re still within the time limitations. I also suspect this subject (Ivanka, Junior, Jared, et. al.) might be explored in Mueller’s investigations. Also doesn’t look good for Vance.

I will not be satisfied until that entire mob of simpering sociopaths are behind bars and stripped of every cent/property they own. Jared and Ivanka still seem to think they are immune to prosecution and I would love to see those sneers wiped off their petulant faces.
