Has anyone run a check to see if anyone on Faux made the claim last night?

Come on, guys. Why would he make something like this up?

Iā€™ll check Google Earth

Typical Pyongyang traffic jam:

North Korea is pedestrianā€™s paradise thanks to visionary leader Kim Jong Un.

ETA. Perhaps Trump is confusing North Korea with North Hollywood.

Isnā€™t the default mode when Trump says or tweets anything to assume heā€™s lying? What percentage of what he presents is truth? Certainly itā€™s a very small percentage of his output, right?

Do they even do intelligence briefings for him any more?

I donā€™t think they have automobiles for the masses in NoKo.

Someone here the other day called them Norks. Is that derogative? I have a feeling weā€™re going to be mentioning them more and more and I want to adjust my Snarkmaster profile.

They also donā€™t have food or electricity for the masses.

ā€œā€¦but that the claim wasnā€™t supported by on-the-ground accounts,ā€ could follow just about any claim made by Trump, his advisors, his cabinet secretaries or anyone else in his ā€œadministrationā€ā€¦

No intelligence briefings. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to dumb down intelligence to his level??

Not enough positive stories about him in the overseas press, so they cancelled all briefings. Even the right-wing British tabloids donā€™t print anything nice any more.

I always thought that NoKos was the polite sobriquet. Norks is definitely derogatory.

This has to be one of the weakest stories Iā€™ve read in a while. A few foreign (and presumably carefully handled) people in the capital have only noticed a big increase in prices, and wapo thinks this is evidence enough to call BS? In a country of 25 million, with an enormous rural population, this is like going to Times Square last week to interview people, and reporting that they were ā€˜scratching their headsā€™ at claims of strong winds from hurricane Irma.
