Beg your pardon. If I were her subordinate, forced to sit there while she showed me pictures of men’s genitalia, I would indeed consider it sexual misconduct. And abusive.
If a guy were doing it, there’d be no question. So it’s different because she’s another girl and maybe it’s pajama party type stuff?

If you’re willing to overlook the nasty and hateful personality bubbling under the surface, she’s not an unattractive lady. Combined with the toxic office culture we know pervades those offices, does anybody doubt she’s got a few shots of Little Tucker in her inbox?

OK but if you say “sexual misconduct” in general, is that the first thing that comes to mind? It’s certainly not for me. Like I said, it’s crass and inappropriate and I’m not defending it. But things can be worded in a way to create a worse picture to a headline-skimmer than what actually happened. Would you argue FOX wouldn’t do that? Hell, they do it for a living.
At the very very least it’s inappropriate. I’m not saying it’s OK. I’m saying the way it’s worded could be meant to give the worst possible impression.

Fox is Fox and that’s one thing. Certainly it’s a corrupt culture and a duplicitous one when they want to turn on you.
But Guilfoyle is another thing. I’m looking at her behavior and not measuring it within a Fox framework, but as workplace behavior in general, and it fails the test miserably.
She’s perfect for the Trumps.

Sources who spoke to HuffPost said Guilfoyle was emotionally abusive toward hair and makeup artists; regularly talked about sexual matters with an assistant who was uninterested in having those conversations; and showed colleagues pictures of male genitalia at work, often identifying whose genitalia she was showing them.
C’mon! What’s the big deal? All this is is right-wing dressing room talk. Everyone does it before they go on the air. Bill O’Reilly is now infamous for similar tirades before going on air. Besides, the POTUS will soon be her father-in-law. She can’t be that bad.

She’s conventionally attractive but I was being sarcastic because she has the most hard-bitten, meanest-looking resting face that could be. It’s all sharp edges that you could use to take paint off a barn. Very off-putting no matter how much in conformity to conventional standards you might consider her.
